RecommendedI have a Kenmore elite washer and called them looking for a part. I believe I spoke with someone named Mark. He was super helpful in trying to help me find the part. They were out of stock on it, even at the factory. He advised me to where I could order the part and even looked it up to make sure one was available. I sincerely appreciate that instead of just telling me they didn’t have it and couldn’t get it. All my appliances will be purchased at Patterson’s from now on.

Brand new washer and dryer and they don't work. Have waited three weeks for "someone" from repair to contact me and they still haven't. Asked for a refund and to have the appliances picked up, and all of a sudden no one knows how to do that. Worst service ever.
