The company informed me of the progress of the repairs in a timely manner. 4.5 Star : Customer Service Customer service was polite and professional. Fairly quick responses to my inquiries.

We were not well informed of existing condition affecting the new work that they were trying to do… My mother is not happy with the result The paint color does NOT match the rest of the vehicle. The bumper is replaced, but there was definitely structural/frame damage… nothing of it was addressed. 2.5 Star : Customer Service Randy is kind and nice, but his communication could improve.
