Got a deer processed maybe 4 years ago that was good but seemed like it wasn’t the whole deer was light poundage wise. Took deer last season and very disappointed. A lot of hair in all cuts of meat. A lot of gristle. Ended up feeding everything but backstrap to the dogs at least they can palate it. Very nice owner but the quality has dropped over the years.
Jordan has went above and beyond in processing our hogs for us, I want to give a shout out to the whole team. Thanks, from the Wolfe family!!!
