Very professional, They have been taking care of me for quite a while now. They replaced all my duct work under the house. They call and service my unit every spring and fall. I've never had to call back for any reason. Everybody that comes has always been courteous and respectful. Being self-employed myself. I know what I expect to myself and they meet that standard as well
Third time I’ve had to call Patterson’s. Techs are kind and knowledgeable and most importantly , honest. Prices are beyond fair and they fit me and my mom in right away. They will always be my go to here in Mt Pleasant!!!!
Best hvac company. I could make a huge post explaining all of my issues and how keith and his guys took care of all of them, but I'll keep it simple. They saved me thousands vs the other guys. Great communication. Great customer education. Very personable. Very professional. I only give 4 stars at the most because in my opinion theres always room for growth. But they are darn near close to 5. 4.7
I have used Patterson’s now for a couple of years. They have serviced an old unit and installed a new A/C and most recently a furnace. They are communicative, professional, and friendly. They have become my exclusive A/C people. Prices are fair and service is excellent. Highly recommend!
Keith and his team did a fantastic job. The service was top notch and the pricing was very competitive. I have several properties and Pattersons has maintained, serviced and replaced over the last 10 or so years. Keith and his team are very knowledgeable and extremely honest. I HIGHLY recommend them.
