These guys are great. Refreshing to find a company that will still actually work on your HVAC system instead of automatically trying to sell you a new one. I’ve used them now for probably 10 years or so and they’ve always treated me right.
Matthew was on time, very polite, explained my unit to me. He explained how our heat works and how we have a backup pump, which I did not know when we brought our home.I would definitely recommend Patterson. I would definitely request matthew again
Our heat and a/c unit was on its last leg so we got several estimates to have it replaced. Patterson’s had the best price and everyone that we interacted with was professional! I would definitely recommend them and would use them again!
