A few weeks ago, I visited Patterson’s to browse for a new radio for my vehicle. As we entered, the older gentleman greeted us and asked how he could assist us. When we informed him that we were simply browsing, he insisted on trying to sell us something. Despite our clear indication that we were not interested in making a purchase, he persisted in interrupting our conversation. Curtis and John and Lorena went above and beyond with my TV installment. They moved a TV into another room and put my new Sony in my bedroom. Curtis went through the remote features and encouraged me to call him if I had any questions or problems. This business is a 5 star in my book!!
