Very good customer service
Worse place in Idaho. From customer service and most of all installation!!!! I can take care of myself but how Curtis Patterson makes people feel hostile is bs. How this junkyard is still in business idk. But hey dirtbags thanks for destroying my truck.
I called well over after hours and he was very helpful and accommodating, even came and opened up the store for me!!!!. Super nice and helped me out so I wouldn’t have to call off work! 5 star service would give more if there were more I would do more. Thank you again sir!!
A few weeks ago, I visited Patterson’s to browse for a new radio for my vehicle. As we entered, the older gentleman greeted us and asked how he could assist us. When we informed him that we were simply browsing, he insisted on trying to sell us something. Despite our clear indication that we were not interested in making a purchase, he persisted in interrupting our conversation.
