Very disappointed in the treatment from the desk staff. Trying to gain a script that has already been approved, to know now they do not help you get medications from anyone BUT THEM! WHAT!?? I was being charged double for a script (at vet) I found thru a reputable pet RX company, Pattersons will not answer their request nor fax to this REPUTABLE RX COMPANY . I will NEVER take a pet to Patterson ever again. They told me she had a scratch in her throat. 4 hours later, we brought her back, they ran tests. 2 hours into that, she had a deflated lung. Patterson refused to release her to me to take to MSU until I paid for the second visit.... while my baby couldn't breathe. They refused to send a bill. By the time we got to MSU, it was too late; she died in my arms. Patterson's lack of tact and empathy is utterly astounding. They were rude and dismissive.
