DON'T GO HERE IT'S A WASTE OF TIME NO EMPATHY FOR AN EDELDRY PERSON MY DAUGHTER ALONG WITH MY EDELDRY MOTHER NEEDED ASSISTANCE THEY KICKED BOTH OF THEM OUT OF WAITING ROOM BASICALLY PUSHING THEM OUTSIDE INTO THE HEAT MADE IT TO WHERE MY DAUGHTER WAS STANDING OUTSIDE IN THE HEAT WITH MY MOTHER YOU HAVE TO CHECK IN ONLINE AND MADE MY DAUGHTER CRY ... THEY NEED TO BETTER TRAIN THERE PEOPLE
Overall great experience. The staff was kind and joking around with me (I needed that) but at the same time they really took care of the issue. I felt heard and cared for.
Es increíble la mala atención de este lugar hice cita el Domingo alas 330 pm me atendieron alas 5 no mandaron la receta de mi hija ala farmacia, después la mandan con otros apeidos y todavía les llamo para quejarme y se me ponen al tiro las señoritas del mostrador como si su único trabajo sea tomar café
I came in for a follow up and was treated rudely. They have no lobby for waiting and wanted me to sit in 100° temperature outside. Tell me the weight was going to be long after I was told to come in on Monday, I don’t recommend this Urgent Care. They’re very rude. The girls at the desk are not polite and they gave me a shot which left me blisters on my butt.
