A few years ago we came to the Patterson service department and were EXTREMLY disappointed with the service, or lack of service that we got. HOWEVER, we took our Ram 1500 in this month and worked with Ashley Mire and AJ and were EXTEMELY IMPRESSED. Ashley was kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and honest. Honesty seems to be hard to come by these days when dealing with mechanic shops, so her honesty was refreshing. AJ did great work, was willing discuss the work, and answer all the questions we had. If you are thinking of purchasing or using Patterson service center in Tyler be forewarned that they are understaffed and unable to meet customer needs in a timely manner. Dropping a vehicle off and waiting 3 days before it’s even looked at is not something I signed up for.
We have had the worst experience with patterson service center.. specially with their manager Benny he was so rude and screamed at my husband because my husband told him we needed our truck back and that we were tired of waiting.. we have been back and forth with this place since summer of 2024 and they still can't fix our truck after an accident my husband suffered at no fault to him and the insurance said we had to return rental because supposedly shop already finished our truck and they already paid them and the service s... read more
Worst place I've ever been. You can bet i will drive to Dallas for all the services on my jeep. So utterly disgusted with how customers are treated. I spent $560 on parts to fix a friend's car. they told me i had to prepay for the parts, so i did. Then they told me nevermind the original estimate of $1500 is now $7000. When we asked if they could just fix the part we asked, they said no and to come get the car. So, for no work. No labor. And pre paid part.
