This place was great when we first moved in. We lived here for 5 years, but after changing management, it went downhill quickly. The parking situation started changing all the time. (First they would only tow if management called, then they stared automatically towing if you didn't have a pass, then they made it so you had to email the tow company with proof of your lease and parking assignment, and then wait for them to approve it before they would send a tow truck. Patterson tower is a lovely place to live, I feel the price for the amount of space and security you get is good and fair with all considering its college central area. The application was easy and tour was great. The apartment itself is nice has some quirks that could be fixed but other than that very solid. The main con I feel is the parking, its abysmal. Goodluck getting street parking when you need it, have fun draining your pockets with diamond parking and or enjoy getting towed.

I have had the best experience living here! Peyton in the office is really great at answering any questions I have and making me feel like she cares about the residents here. I also love the view. 10/10. I feel very blessed ❤️

We enjoyed our experience of living there. I like the convenience of the location. The building was old, but the management was always working on improvement. After we moved out, though, we had some problems with getting the deposit back in the amount that we deserved, despite the manager at the time saying we left the place very nice and thanking us for it. They charged the carpet cleaning fee regardless of the state of the carpet's cleanliness. We did not have pet, and left the carpet the same way as when we moved in. They... read more
