Great company, great people. Our first encounter with them was when our furnace died during a snowstorm on December 28 maybe 6 years ago. We had our usual company came out on the 29th, a Saturday, and they told us they couldn't do anything until the parts building opened on Monday. Alex from Patterson & Sterling is Fantastic! When we were shopping for a new furnace/AC, he was the only one that actually measured our rooms and inspected the ducts. Other companies just quoted a unit based on the house SF, Alex quoted a unit fitted to the actual house. He also provided us with great explanations as to why his AC unit was smaller than what the competitors were quoting. The price was reasonable and the install was quick and trouble free.
I had Patterson Sterling install an A/C system in my home, the install was clean and professional, however a few weeks later I noticed some water in my basement (unfinished) Alex came right over same day and diagnosed the problem, an extremely clogged filter (my fault), he replaced it on the spot and all is good, house is nice and cool.
Did a great job installing a brand new HVAC system in a 100 year old building we rehabbed. New ductwork, furnace, AC unit, and a Mitsubishi heat/cool unit in another part of the building that the ductwork couldn't be run to. Probably not the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for.
