Terrible experience. So many other choices, take your business elsewhere. Did not look out for buyer’s best interests.
Heres my experience with Patterson-Schwartz. I wasnt using them as my agents, but they were the agent for the seller I was buying from. They "needed" my $1000 earnest money check in order to start the contract which I overnighted to them on a Thursday. Then the following Wednesday the contract fell through due to poor inspection results, then they decided to cash my check the day after the contract was canceled!!!
