I have purchased the new Kia Carnival in year 2024 and as per the new car package as like any other dealership was entitled to recieve the 2 oil change . I just did one oil change and for the second one I got some delayed . This cheap dealership service dept denied . I explained my reasons to sales manager and they got the approval and he left the job and didn’t knew up until I tried to schedule the appointment and again they rejected saying this time that manager is no more though he has notes in my account. Zach and the service folks at Vanguard Kia were great getting my oil changed and running a multipoint inspection on my 2024 Kia Carnival. Considering that I did not make an appointment, I did not have to wait long. I’m leaving Monday to drive to Cal so I wanted to make sure my Carnival was in good shape for the trip. I highly recommend Vanguard’s service department. Everybody there makes an extra effort to be friendly to you.
