Old water heater started leaking two days before we had to leave town for two weeks. Bought a new heater from a home improvement store that day. He came over the next morning (VERY early) and installed it. Works fine, great install...very reasonable price, despite it being an emergency service call. Highly recommend!
Made a bad situation the best it could be. Called and left a message at 8:30 in the morning and Mark returned my call by 8:45. He obtained a hot water heater and was here by 9:30. Had it all done in less than an hour....even took the old water heater. I highly recommend Patterson's Plumbing to everyone in the Keokuk area!.
9 a.m. called and left a message. 9.15 a.m.call returned. 10 a.m. Mark was here replacing a water heater (we had already purchased) and another small job. Noon he was done.Very professional. We have used him several times as has MIL will use him again in the future .Larry
