I lived at Patterson Place for two years and loved it! The staff is very friendly and helpful, grounds are kept clean and amenities are great. I would definitely live here again if I get the chance to. Plus, you can't get a better location. Right next to the highway with easy access to Goleta and SB!
We have moved in here a month ago and it is AWESOME! The move in was super quick! 4 days from requesting a tour to moving in (we were in a tricky situation and Rigo handled it so quickly and professionally. really great!) Since then, we already had a taco Tuesday organized by Rigo and Bobbie in the pool house, with great tacos, margaritas, and beer. It` been a month now and it still feels like living in a resort. Such a great place to live in Santa Barbara. Right in the middle of Goleta and downtown! I really enjoyed my time here and the Patterson Place team never lets you down!
Rented a one-bedroom for almost 2 years here. They did a lot of renovating and the grounds and apartments look very good for the age of the building. There's an awesome bike/running path in the back that you can take straight to UCSB. It's about 3 miles away on that path, so it's a convenient spot if you're a student who doesn't want to live too near the campus. Living here has been great so far! My fiancé got a job in Santa Barbara and we had a very last minute move from out of state, so needless to say it was a chaotic and stressful time. Rigo was incredibly accommodating and helpful with our unique situation and made sure everything was ready for us as we made the move into the state.
