I've never had any problems here. Communities need clinics like this one and the medical professionals here are doing a service for the community. Some of these reviews just sound plain racist. To the medical professionals and staff here, thank you for your hard work and dedication.
The reviews are real, this is not a place you want to seek any sort of care. A little background, I had been taking my daughter to see a professional here because it was close to my house and the timing worked out. 4 months of appointments and they've started charging me for a full appointment but my daughter is now done in 30 minutes. No reason, no response from leadership. I reached out to the Practice Manager a week ago and am apparently not important enough to get a call back. Please don’t go here I am currently switching my son to a different pediatrician because of how they treated me and my son.
The place is a joke since Dr. Coker left. I brought all 5 of my kids there to see her so I recommended the office to my daughter for her first baby. The biggest mistake I've ever made. Everytime my daughter leaves there she's crying because Dr. Lee seen a tiny bruise on him and she's reporting her to whoever and makes her feel like a bad mom. Which she definitely is not.
