office is very nice and effective on getting in and out smoothly. love the machine that takes picture of the eye and sends into doctors office for review.
The office staff needs a review in guest services and listen to patients so the patient is not inconvenienced.
Got real bad service as usual!!! They ask for medical insurance card when they don't even know if they will need it. Used some fake story about a medical diagnosis last year and wanted to charge my medical insurance when the Dr. said nothing about what she claimed. I threw a fit about that and the fitting fee for contacts that I did not know they charged.
