They are very nice but sometimes overbooked and therefore the staff is sometimes overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated.
