worst staff I have ever dealt with rude , unfriendly and slow , Office is to small for number of doctors it has to service , wait time sometimes is 2 hours expect to wait at least 1 hour
He is an excellent doctor but his staff starting with his office manager is horrible not friendly, no customer service, the wait time is too long. I recommend him because he is great but the staff makes you think twice about going back.
Very patient and listens, asks lots of questions about more than what I came in for. Very nice and very professional.
The staff will not call you back till 2 hrs after your scheduled appointment. They advertise walkins, but do not take walkins. I tried to get a referal to be seen by an urgent care Dr. and staff would not get me through to Dr. Patterson. The front desk is unprofessional and need customer service training. Dr. Patterson is a great, but due to the lack of customer service, I will be changing my Dr., and no longer recommend his office.
First visit and I am extremely dissatisfied. My appointment was at 9 and it's 11 and I was just called in and was told I was 3rd in line. What is the point of appointments? When I complained about the wait I was told that the doctor called in and was going to come in at 10. Why wasn't this message relayed to me? No apology from staff either. Extremely unprofessional for the staff to not keep clients in,the know. Icannot comment on Dr. Patterson's bedside manner because I never got to see him.
First visit was great. He took time to ask lots of questions and listened when I asked questions. He even made suggestions for my husband even though I was the patient. Very personable and courteous.
He is a very good doctor. He was recommended to me by a coworker and now myself, my wife, and 3 children all see him. Everyone loves him. He is very personable and respectful. He really cares about people.
