Called to cancel a few min after reserving the room due to pet sitter telling me they couldn’t watch my pet after all. Would not work with me to refund anything 0/0 would not recommend. This was after they first told me they would refund me which was a lie. I did in fact call booking.com and they not only told me they sent them an email where they could refund me, but I also called the hotel back and told them to be on the look out for the email which they told me they would. We loved staying at the Patterson Inn. The place is historic and well-maintained. The breakfast is delicious and the chef, Brandon, was super friendly and accommodating. Our room was well thought out with all the necessary amenities. We will definitely be back here if we are in the Denver area again!
This inn is a magical place to stay. It is a beautiful place that is comfortable and inviting. Whether you get the sweet or savory breakfast, you will not be disappointed. The room was lovely and cozy and very clean. Great staff. I can't wait to visit again!
