Horrible service, they sent someone out who couldn’t find my AC. The person left without telling me. They took weeks to come out and tried upselling me despite not doing anything during those weeks. Avoid at all costs. Oh also they didn’t actually fix anything after multiple visits, had to call another provider.

I have been a loyal Patterson Heating & Air customer for years. In the last five years, I’ve purchased two new York HVAC systems from them and have continuously paid for their annual maintenance plan, which includes two inspections per year. Unfortunately, despite that investment, I have experienced ongoing and significant problems with both systems—especially my downstairs unit.
