Heat goes out!! Oh, that’s right, we use Patterson Heat & Air. Morning call, with freezing temperatures, Brian was here within 3 hours. Diagnosed the problem. Left and came back with the part need within 30 mins. Job complete and heat running within 20 mins. We have used Patterson for over 12 years and come to find out Brian has been with them 20 years.
