Very disappointing! Have waited a month for an actual appointment. Messages taken and given to "schedule or manager". Did call back once and say technician in area, but I was out of town. It wasnt an emergency mind you, but seriously, this phone tag began early July. Still with no appointment and am looking for someone to help my Mother
Called for emergency service at 12:30 this morning. I was told the scheduling team would be in contact with me asap. I was lead to believe service was available 24 hours. Today:7:12 am, still hot, no calls back. I call. Attitude, the run around, and deflection. 7:30 they call back. To say I never game them my address. I did. 8:21: appointment set with Morris Jenkins. Initial install was fine but trying to get them to come back and fix things while it's under warranty has been a pain. We've had to have multiple people come out since the first guy couldn't figure out what was wrong. Currently the wait for new customers is over a week and it's almost a week for warranty issues, so I'd go with someone else, since many other groups will send someone out the same day.
