I have had great service from Patterson over the years. The most recent tech who visited my house was Vladimir. He made very reasonable recommendations for service without trying to push unnecessary expenditures. Keep up the good work!
Vladimir was very prompt and professional. He assessed our problem and corrected it quickly, explaining everything clearly. Because we have a maintenance contract there was no charge for the weekend call. Very pleased to give him 5 stars.
