Thank you Patterson for getting our heat back on in our warehouse. Andrew came out and inspected our unit and in a matter of minutes knew what the heater needed ordered the part and came back as soon as he got it and in a matter of minutes he had us heat in our warehouse.

I have had great service from Patterson over the years. The most recent tech who visited my house was Vladimir. He made very reasonable recommendations for service without trying to push unnecessary expenditures. Keep up the good work!
Vladimir was very prompt and professional. He assessed our problem and corrected it quickly, explaining everything clearly. Because we have a maintenance contract there was no charge for the weekend call. Very pleased to give him 5 stars.
My tech was Vladimir, and he was the best! He explained things to me concerning my system I never knew before. I really appreciated everything he did while he was here. I will be requesting him again.
