This company has the hardest working staff. I called them in a panic because we had no heat. They installed a Carrier furnace in our house 5 years ago. We had 4 estimates before we decided to go with Patterson. They were not the cheapest but they actually took their time and expand everything to my husband and I. We have been using them ever since then. They come out twice a year and service our units to keep them running longer. They have extent the life of air conditioner with their servicing and tune ups. GREAT SERVICE! I called Pattersons and asked for a quote on a new Heating and Air system. They came out next day and gave me a quote. I compared them with Reliable Heating and Air and Coolray. Patterson's prices blew them out of the water. Then when they came out to give me a quote they were very professional and explained everything to me. They also have financing through Wells Fargo and that helped me be able to get the system right away. If it was not for the company I would either be really hot or in a lot of debt! We have used Patterson Heating & Air for the third time in the past two years just this week. Recently, they came out to check our air conditioner for freon. Luckily we didn't need anything but a clean filter and were charged only for a house call. They installed a new furnace for us two years ago and this week they installed a new 50-gallon Rheem Water Heater. After one email to Janice and one day later we get the best service around, not to mention the very reasonable prices.

Jason and his company are the best! After several quotes on a new heat pump system, Jason was able to give me the most quality for my money. He and his crew were prompt, efficient and very helpful from installation to rechecking the system later. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs heat and air systems!!

Patterson's Heating and Air were very professional people. I called them and they came out the same day. They give out military and veteran's discounts. I would recommend this company to everyone!

Very nasty and unprofessional. FALSELY claims 24 hour service. Our furnace went out in 27 degree weather at 3 in the morning. We have a contract with this company for emergency service and maintenance. Talked to the technician and he literally told us that we were S.O.L. someone would be there when they get there. No timeframe, no care, very nasty communication. Makes me wonder if we would have received the 5 star service mentioned by other users if ou last name was not ethnically identifiable??? Our ac unit has been down for about a week now. We called them Sunday morning and asked when the person could come out, within 30 mins of the call they had already sent someone out. The person fixed our ac unit under an hour and our house was back to its normal and cool state. They have very quick service, and won't give you the run around. LOVE IT!
