Steven was amazing, he was able to expertly help up navigate purchasing a farm property from out of state. We can't say enough good things about everything Steven did for us. More importantly Steven has an amazing group around him from the lender he recommended, the title company, and a real estate attorney that all worked along with Steven and ourselves to help us close on our dream property.
Steven did a great job handling the sale of two pieces of property for me. Both sales were done proficiently and effectively. I would recommend this group highly.
