My wife called to make sure your dentistry was in our network, where she was told “yes we take tricare Dental”. Once my wife went back and then my daughter the receptionist told me we aren’t in network. After all was done (child’s teeth cleaning and xrays for my wife) the bill was over $160.00. The receptionist then suggested i have a young family and am on a budget so they would allow me to pay half upfront. I am so disappointed in your Staff it makes me sad. Recommendednever ever feel nervous about going there and also getting a through exam I was always nervous nellie.
Ok, anyone who knows me well knows I freak out about going to the dentist! Went to have 4 fillings today and I couldn't believe it. He did it with lasers, no shots, none of that nasty noise. I kept waiting on it to hurt and it didn't!!! I had a couple of twinges but that was bearable and that was it. I'm in awe. Usually when I get a filling my tooth hurts all night, I have no pain!
