The other guy got lucky. I was extremely judged for a lapse in dental care due to my lack of insurance for years. I was also pushed to see possibly the RUDEST oral surgeon in town. Patterson also kept trying to get me to get services that my insurance didn't pay for despite me telling her I had no money to pay for anything.
I am terrified of the dentist - hadn't been for about a decade before I scheduled an appointment with these folks (which I informed them of). I wasn't judged by them for not having been in so long, they communicated everything they were going to do very effectively, the hygienist taking care of me was wonderful, patient, thorough, and gentle; and Dr. Patterson was also kind and knowledgeable.
