All staff is friendly and helpful. Everything is explained very well and makes me feel really comfortable with the experience.

I've been going to see Dr. Taple and his staff for years and have never been anything but satisfied with the service, advice, professionalism, or anything else you'd expect from your dentist. Dr. Taple and his team spent the better part of 4 years guiding me through an implant procedure that twice didn't take through no fault of theirs (or the oral surgeon's) and rather than charge an additional fee, everything after the original charge was done at cost of materials. Never disappointed
Been a patient for several years. As a veteran, I moved around a lot, and have seen very many dentists & techs all around the USA. Northwood Dental is superb - friendly & courteous, flexible with rescheduling when necessary, promptly available when appointment time arrives, excellent service including describing with x-ray image visaids, great at working with kids and adults each at own level, and never ever any push for unnecessary dental work. I arrived a bit late and received a friendly reminder call as I pulled in the parking lot (in addition to my email and text reminders days prior). The hygienist, Chelsea, was ready to see me right away. She was kind and polite to me and my almost 4-year-old daughter who accompanied me to the appointment.
