Dr. Thomas is personable, polite, punctual, and professional. The entire staff is always welcoming, friendly, and seems to work well as a team. The office itself is beautiful and state-of-the art. If you are looking for a new dentist, visit Northwood Dental.

Long time satisfied client of NWD, have had some difficulty with oral surgery in the past and am a little nuerotic when it comes to feeling anything "out of the ordinary" now when it comes to my teeth. Was having some sensitivity that was unusual and called to see when my next regular appt was - not for another month. Northwood is a clinic that has all the resources on site, very efficient and relaxing atmosphere. I was highly impressed with the professionalism and compassion of the staff, the Doctor provided the best care I ever had for my teeth. My entire experience was exceptional and I was also quite impressed with the level of detail applied to my teeth from the cleaning process to the filings and crown.

I've had a lot of bad experiences at the dentist over the years, some were almost traumatic. One overwhelming theme was that the average dose of novocaine (not sure of my spelling) did not work for me, as in I still felt pain. Whatever dentist I was seeing at the time would just tell me that it was in my head or something along those lines. No one would acknowledge that everyone is a little different. My teeth needed a good old fashioned scraping besides a power wash and Amy really did a super job of it. I was very happy when I walked out of the office. Dr. Taple does a great job of taking care of my teeth. Everyone in the office is helpful and friendly.

I am not big on going to the dentist. Each time I go to Northwood they make me feel so comfortable. The staff is great and the office is very nice and clean. I had Melissa today and she was great...very gentle and kind. Thanks again for another great experience.

My name is Aggie and I had a broken Crown recently. Dr. Taple saw me on May 28th. I was able to get in right away that week. Dr. Taple was able to replace the crown that day and I didn't even need to come back again to have the actual crown placed. This saved me time away from my job and it is much appreciated. Also, since the tooth was under warranty, so-to-speak, I wasn't even charged a replacement fee! This was a wonderful surprise and very much appreciated.
