I am normally frightened of dentists, but this is one dental clinic I enjoy going to. Their waiting room is immaculate, their collection of magazines excellent, if you arrive early for an appointment. You get greeted by pleasant people at reception, and the dental hygienists remember you and know details about your teeth. Dr. Thomas checks on your teeth after the thorough cleaning and gives you an honest assessment. Indeed Dr. Thomas and his dental hygienists have saved my teeth!
I found when I arrived, and throughout my dental cleaning/checkup and check out to be just right. The dental assistant who cleaned my teeth was excellent, pleasant and knowledgeable. One small thing... the password for free WiFi may not be noted correctly on notice in reception.

Great Dental Practice! I have always been a bit nervous about going to the dentist, but that's behind me now! Dr. Hemphill and his entire staff are very warm & caring and put me right at ease. They explain everything and make sure I am comfortable. I have never been in pain with any procedure. I enjoy my visits to the hygienist, Melissa, who is friendly, thorough and gentle. I highly recommend this practice to my family & friends!

Great cleaning- helpful info I just had my bi yearly cleaning and had a new hygenist (I am sorry I don't remember her name as she deserves credit for sure). She was efficient, effective, friendly and also informative as to options I had to help keep my teeth clean between cleanings. I have always had a great experience with all the hygenists I have had over the years, and Wilmington Family Dentist continues to hire great staff.
