I am a local developer and Andrew has built 4 houses for me. It would have been more but he is so busy in the Newport Beach area that I havent been able to get him to travel even the short distance to Laguna Beach. The bottom line is, he is one of a very few general contractors who can consistently bring a project in on time and budget. He is completely honest and his reputation means a great deal to him. The best compliment I can give him is I would not hesitate to use him again and I will.
Andrew Patterson builds some of the finest homes in Southern California bar none. I have been a sub on many of his projects and know the quality of his team. I agree, in y opinion the houses are very similar. He built one for a friend and it was a nightmare for them. Subs were unhappy and too many problems slowed up the job. All of the finishes were not what were promised and the entire project was a mess for the neighbors.
This is in re-buttal to what "anonymous" wrote in Feb of 2010 -I am on the dealer side of the appliance and plumbing fixture trade. They are located in Newport Beach and center their business in the Corona Del Mar area. The homes pretty much look the same with an exception of a few, wish they would build a more diverse selection of homes, all in all I am impressed with the work, its clean and trendy, reasonable building cost is admirable.
