I contacted Lucas on 23 October when the ATO issued my former builder a winding-up application. Even if it was uncertain whether the builder would ultimately go to liquidation, resulting in an insurance claim, he inspected the site to check if the house construction was acceptable to take over. Lucas agreed to review my contracts, plans and specifications and provided a very detailed draft quote within a week.
