First off, I never write reviews. With that being said, they forced my hand. I traded in my car for a used one about two months ago. The windshield was cracked and they agreed to get it replaced. Great. I was told it would be available on one day, only for it to be delayed, which I get, things happen. One day later, we noticed one of the tail lights didn't work when in reverse.
