Brought our new to us Ram diesel in to have the DEF gauge checked. Never had a diesel before we were unsure of how much DEF it would use. Bob was the best at explaining everything, not making us feel stupid, and giving us tips on the truck. We will definitely be bringing our truck back here for all the maintenance and repairs!

We indicated that all the sensors were out on our Mazada CX5 and the car shuddered when braking. We thought probably rotors. You told us you’d run an electrical test and gave us the price. The problem is if you knew upfront that you don’t fix sensors and you don’t do brakes and rotors why didn’t you tell us. You could have told us about both and then given us the option to proceed with the electrical inspection or not.
