We had a signed agreement/estimate on an amount for the engine replacement in my husbands truck. By the time Patterson was done, he demanded MORE THAN TWICE what we agreed on. He took it upon himself to do a BUNCH more work that we never authorized and after we paid what we had agreed on, he still wanted about $10K. We had to call the police, then we had him served to civil court. Going to small claims court next week. This man and his son are frauds. Steer clear!!

Once again, George Patterson and his employees , exceeded my expectations ! After a car accident I was forced to get a new tire several feet from the accident. I was told I would need a alignment as well as my oil changed. My maintenance light had not even come on yet! Knowing I would not get anything done to my car ,short of an emergency, unless I was at Paterson's Automotive, I declined.
