It took 2 days for them to change hoses. They didn't change the broken one the first time. Coolant cost 48extra. $450. For hoses.

They were very friendly and fast, I would highly recommend them to family and friends
Everyone at Patterson Auto Care treated me with respect and consideration. They are always professional and patient with me and explained everything that was happening. I will always recommend them to anyone that needs help with their car.
Customer service was AWESOME! I only needed a smog, there was virtually no wait and no upselling. The folks who were working were super sweet and talked to my kids like they were people instead of ignoring their existence. I will definitely come back to PAC and recommend others.
