I just wanted to write and thank Jim, Penny, Michelle, and the whole team at Patterson Auto Body for the work on my car. You never hope you need body work but when you do, this is the place to go. The entire experience was so easy. The estimate was done quickly, the shop worked directly with my insurance, the job was done very well, and my car was even vacuumed when I picked it up. Fantastic place! I had to take my car there twice for extensive repairs, and each time the vehicle came out looking and performing like new, despite some really serious damage. They're masters at what they do. There's no other auto body shop I'd go to in our area.
