Before Toyota of Santa Barbara sold, we used Patterson 101 Self-Storage for the past 18 or so years for storage of our business records. For years we had 6 large storage spaces for our accounting records. Patterson 101 offered us yearly payment with a nice discount. Their prices are very fair for what you get. Patterson 101 has be awesome for my husband and I as we were relocating from Washington state down to Santa Barbara. We appreciate their professionalism and welcoming, friendly attitude. The facility is well organized, clean and easily accessable. Staff are really great!
I have had a few different storage units with them over the years, since they opened. The units are clean, well maintained, and the staff always pleasant and helpful. I know I am getting a good deal on the price too.
With so many storage places being run so poorly and just plane sketchy it is such a nice feeling to find such helpful people and a well run clean place. It’s also not down in the bottom of a flood plain so less of a worry there. Prices are reasonable, too.
