Everyone at Patterson 101 Self Storage has been amazingly helpful! We downsized recently and needed to store a few items. They showed us our storage area and gave us all the information we needed. When we returned a couple of days later to store our items Justin saw us trying to enter the building and came over to show us how to access our storage area and helped us get everything stored. Outstanding service from everyone!
This place is great. They were very helpful in finding a unit that was the right size for me, and not just trying to sell me on a unit too big. Naomi, at the front desk, put me on a waitlist and by the next day they had a unit available. It was well cleaned and it’s climate controlled, which is great! Would highly recommend storing here.
Magnificent staff...Jane, Lindsay, Brian, Naomi, Claudia and Justin...I had a difficult move and their patience with me after 12 years of storing there was kind and extraordinary. Always went the extra mile to help. As to the facility, soon they will be adding fans to give extra aeration inside as the summer sun is brutal and heats up, but the property is pristine, beautifully kept and gardened. Excellent security. Trusted them. Will miss them. Good people.
As a parent coordinating college summer storage from New York City, I spent countless hours researching storage facilities and speaking with different companies. Patterson Storage was, without question, the most hands-on, personal, and customer-focused experience I found anywhere. Before I even arrived, Claudia went above and beyond by personally visiting the storage unit, taking photos of the space, and sending them to me so I could see exactly what I was renting.
