Michelle is a great person in addition to being a talented clinician. I would absolutely recommend her private practice to anyone. If you are looking for therapy or consultation around topics of neurodivergence, ADHD, or high sensitivity, Patterns & Threads is a wonderful place to go.

Michelle Paris is the best supervisor I have ever had. She is thoughtful, smart, kind and intuitive. She is a wonderful clinician and I don’t doubt that the clinicians she supervises are wonderful as well. I highly recommend her and her practice to anyone.
