Severely Overrated.. Their products, parts and people are full of themselves.
Service on our marine equipment from Patten has been stellar for many, many years. Five stars all the way for after hours, critical repair and difficult to schedule repairs and troubleshooting. They always answer with a quick solution, dedicated technicians and the capability to make it happen!
The most biggest Cat dealer in the Midwest region they have all kind part on call and they tried their best to get you the part as soon as possible
Worst people to deal with. The sales guys never get back to you especially Bob. Wanted to buy 3 used skids cash in hand and wouldn't call me back
