Didn't have a good experience. Used my lunch period to do a walk through and the estimator showed up late which they apologized for. Told them everything I'd like done with the house, we talked about different options through the walk through. I was given a rough estimate, time frame and everything else associated with the remodel. Next day, I get an email stating they aren't interested anymore. Either way, waste of time. Patt Co. Design wrapped up our master bath shower remodel last week, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Our project manager, Kylie, was fabulous, keeping us continuously up to date on what progress was being made and what steps were yet to come. The project moved forward quickly and expertly. They have done a couple jobs for me. Very down-to-earth, very polite. Easy to work with would recommend them any day of the week..
Very professional. We had them replace a service door to our garage and it went well. They inspected it all to ensure what work was going to be necessary and the follow through was tremendous. Highly recommend them if you are looking to get some work done.
