We went to Patsy at Whitestone for the first time last night. We, the whole family (8 of us) were all very impressed with both the food quality and the service. Our waitress Lisa was great. I was pleasantly surprise of how attentive, professional and friendly the service was despite the fact that the reviews on the service were so negative. Actually everyone was great.
