BEST PIZZA, ITALIAN FOOD IN NYC!!! – Great Food & Wonderful Experience on the Upper East-Side with visiting family & friends this past weekend!!! The waitstaff was fantastic & attentive... Their salads & pizza pies are out of this world delicious!!! We did not have to wait long for a table & the food & the service was excellent!!!
NO Pizza Delivery and they KEPT MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!! – Absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE at Patsy's Pizzeria 206 E 60th. RUINED my dinner with friends. I ordered take out pizza from Patsy today and wish I never had. The pizza was COLD and dry. I called the manager who gave me an attitude and told me to PUT IT IN THE OVEN!!!! HORRIBLE DELIVERY/SERVICE – two orders were placed from my firm and they only put one in the system. i received the call to pick up my delivery only to find out it was given to someone else! when i called to see what happened, the person answering the phone repeatedly told me that the order was delivered even after she saw that someone by a different name paid etc. basically arguing that i had the pizza. after talking with the person from my firm that took the order, it turned out that she had placed an order and it had not ... read more
Food poisoned – I hate to write a bad review for Patsy's because I have had many good dinners there. But, I hope this review will do them a favor and help them to clean up their act before they lose too many more customers. For two people, we usually get the small salad (plenty!) and a small plain pizza with garlic. Aside from the garlic being raw and the bathrooms being filthy, it was an otherwise enjoyable dinner. Listen to the manager's sexual escapades while you eat Pizza – I went to Patsys Pizzeria on 60th Street with my girlfriends and was enjoying a wonderful dinner when, all of a sudden, we were all exposed to the manager (I found out his name was Cristo by the busboy) bragging about his sexual escapades to the waitresses!!? Are you kidding me? Not only did the waitresses look rather uncomfortable and totally disinterested but half the dining room was exposed to this too and the service by default suffered. LOUD, UNCOMFORTABLE AND GREASY – The dirty dish station is in the main restaurant room and the bus boys just throw the dishes there so every few minutes there is the loud crashing sound throughtout the room - worse if you're seated right next it. The coffee was burnt, undrinkable and overpriced - I should have bought a coffee from Starbucks and brought it in. yum! – Love the food. really simple food done right. eating here is not a major commitment but a good, quick meal. Love their ensalada mista, pizza, even the meatballs are tender. Bravo!
Good pizza, good salad, near bloomies – If your shopping at Bloomies and need to stop for a quick bite, Patsy's is perfect. Grab a salad and split a pizza. Quick service and good food.
Great Place for Pizza! – My wife and I wound up here on our way to Serendipity as well, but didn't want to wait for 2 hours, so we just ate here. It was the best pizza we had during our stay in New York! Great service, and we even got to enjoy the evening at one of the tables that are outside on the sidewalk. If you're anywhere close by, you must check this place out!
