I stored my boat over the winter at Patsy's and picked it up in May. Sucked mud into the drive as there is very little water in their Marina, I took the boat to Haverstraw Marina where I stay for the summer and the boat was overheating, alarm sounding the boat kept going into limp mode. RecommendedI recently purchased a used Yamaha from Jimmy sight unseen. Drove 5 hours from NH and the boat was exactly as described over the phone. I would highly recommend Patsy's and Jimmy to anyone looking for a boat. super nice guy and went over ever detail with me. he even kicked me 20 bucks to cover my lunch from the snack shack which was cash only and refuses to let me pay him back. thanks Jimmy!
Truly poor attention to their marina, minimum effort
I have my ski with you and REALLY unhappy. The breakwater hasn’t been rebuilt since Hurricane Arlene and that cost significant damage with the recent mild storm. I personally told you on 3 occasions that the damage caused to the ski slips was a BIG problem. You said you would look into it and did NOTHING. You relocated the skis and poorly tied up the slips but didn’t tie up a single ski to the slips! I did that myself last weekend, for mine and everyone else’s. Love the Snake Shack ! Perfect place to grab a bite to eat before, during or after any boating! Nice launch site....They also do day passes to launch your boat.
Don't even think about dealing with these guys. We bought a boat from one of their clients that stored their boat there and we were not from the area so we hired Patsy's to do some work. Everything they did was screwed up substantially. They charged $900 to take off some electronic equipment from the hard top so the boat could be trucked. Instead of just disconnecting it from the top and taping the wires to the hard top, they pulled them out all the way to the dash. We just had the most incredible experience buying our new Yamaha 212 with Jimmy at Patsy’s. He was professional, patient, thorough and responsive to our needs. Highly recommend Jimmy and the entire friendly, family-oriented crew at Patsy’s!
