My wife,son and I have been getting our haircuts from Patsy for about five years and have never gotten a bad haircut or had a bad experience there. Pasty and her staff are friendly and very good at their jobs. They do both men's and women's haircuts for only $7.00. I highly recommend Patsy's.
Does a great job on women's cuts too. Very reasonable.
