I came here from Vegas, visiting family. My sister referred me over to Patsy's. after checking out the reviews and getting there, I understand why they have the scheduling issue. This place is packed. I wasn't mad at the wait for a walking in, they told me the wait time would be 15 to 20 minutes. I waited about 10 min and then soaked for about 10 min. Got my hands and feet at the same Lyn looked at the photo and duplicated it. And Helen has the hands of an angel the massage is well worth it. Iykyk.
I started going to Patsy's almost 2 years ago & discovered the technician Shei who I loved the way he did my pedicures. However, in November 2025 I made an appointment with him and when I got there I sat for 20 minutes waiting while he was still working on the previous customer and the owner Patsy said the customer decided she wanted additional services while in the chair. I am so happy that I found this salon. It is the best in the Inglewood/Ladera area! Excellent Customer Service, nice equipment and exquisite nails! 10 out of 10! I would tell you the name of my Nail Tech, but I don't want her to be too booked for me, lol! 😜 Enjoy!
My first experience with Patsy’s Nails set the tone right away. I had an appointment with a specific nail tech, and when I arrived, she had clearly been overbooked. I ended up waiting over an hour to be seen. The nail tech kept apologizing, which honestly made me feel uncomfortable, because this was not her fault at all.
