I would also not give them a one star for my service and the way I was treated. I have been to Patsy Lou twice for a shaking steering wheel upon using breaks. Upon the first visit, I requested 4 new rotors and new breaks. After leaving the first visit, my car continued to shake. I was and am a full time student and was working full time at that time.
