BE AWARE; I WOULD NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! They attempted to repair a small crack in our windshield, however they ended up cracking the ENTIRE windshield. Although they did not charge for their service they said there was nothing they could do to assist or help pay for a whole new windshield. Â
The owner focusing on hiding the negative reviews. You can go by any Pastco satellites location and get your window repaired any the employees will tell you how disrespectful the owner is. He is really focused on not paying his employees well. His only concern is his wellbeing and no concern for his employees. The owner being a person of color you would think he could be a little more focus on the advancement of people of color. He will never again get my business. Â
I received excellent service, from Johnathan at the Willowbrook Mall location. He was very courteous and has great people skills. I give him 5 plus😃.Â
Pedro did our repair in Brownsville Texas and did a very good job. This is the second repair he has done for us, we are very pleased with his work.Â
