The most honest man I've met in 20 plus years. Pat took his time to go over my vehicle and was extremely thorough. He went above and beyond what I would've expected from a transmission repair shop. He is a problem solver not a part replacer. He could've easily said I needed a new transmission. But he did not. He took time to contact another garage that would be able to work on my car to make sure they had time for me. He documented all the issues he was seeing so I could give it to the next shop. Had them cut open and rental a converter based on my estimate of the what the motor would make/do converter works well.
