Absolutely terrible customer service Ordered a replacement mower engine They said it was discontinued and it was a new part number When I receive the engine two weeks later it was completely When I receive the engine two weeks later it was completely incorrect Spent over an hour back-and-forth on the phone with Frank and they would not take responsibility and I had to pay $300!!
