I ordered a sofa that was too large to navigate my stairs. After a replacement was delivered, I realized it was definitely NOT what I wanted. Pat was amazing in setting up pick-up and helping me to find something else. The delivery guys were also amazing!! I will definitely go back. Great furniture, even better customer care.
Terrible customer service! Waiting since February for a replacement mattress which Pat agreed to. Never got it, got one story after another. She says she’ll call back but never does, so I called her every week for an update. Have gotten nowhere! Asked for a refund, she agreed, that was over 2 weeks ago. I’ll probably never get it. Lie after lie, the worst experience I’ve ever had!
I ordered a coffee table and two end tables from Pat's Pizzaz. When I was shown the tables at their store the tables were assembled and looked very nice. I ordered the tables and paid for delivery. When the tables were delivered, they came in a big box unassembled. The delivery people refused to put the tables together for me. Nowhere was it stated that the tables would come unassembled and I had to assemble them myself. This is a dishonest way of doing business and I will never shop there again.

Our delivery men are trained that if a customer has not paid for assembly, to just deliver the furniture as is. When contacted by the customer, who was clearly upset, we agreed that when our delivery men were in her area next, we would have them stop by and assemble the tables free of charge. She informed us, on the evening of 11/5/20, that she was available only Tuesday and Thursday mornings. the place is best in town.
I recently purchased from Pat's and had the best experience. Her prices beat all the big furniture chains and the customer service is great! I will continue to do business with her for any of my future needs !
If I had read the reviews on Pat's I'd have saved myself a lot of aggravation. Pat can not be bothered to deal with you, any question or problem you may run into, issues that they caused by the way, because in her haste to make a sale, she will tell you anything and everything but is not prepared to actually make good on any of it. Buyer beware - stay away or pay for it. You may be able to buy her made in china furniture cheaper, but it will cost you in the aggravation and disappointment.
Got my new bed delivered today, by two of the nicest young kids, and my only regret was that I did not have any "extra $" to tip them, which they definitely deserved. They helped me even put on a cover for my mattress. I will so give this company my business againl. Kind, honest and decent people! Thanks, Pat's Pizzazz Furniture!
