RecommendedWe recently moved here and were having a hard time finding a great pizza. Well, we found it. After passing it all the time, we decided to try it out....we found our "Go to pizza place". Excellent pizza, great Caesar salad and the nicest, helpful girls at the front.Thank you Pat, for creating a great pizzeria ...And did I mention, all the awesome local art work on the walls for sale. We eat in our order delivery regularly and always had great service and food. Had a mix up today that was handled with some of the best customer service I have received in a long time. Thank you Kevin for stepping up with awesome customer service! Way to keep a loyal customer base!

called in a salad was told 15 to 20 mins. went in waited a total of 30 mins. asked for money bacl and salad magically appeared. staff standing around estong popsicles at register. No one in the restaurant at all no reason for slow service.

Terrible service. They messed up a order sent a cheese pizza supposed to have mushroom. Told us that they would do $5 off next order. Tried ordering and they said they had no record of it happening won’t get anymore business from me or my family

Josh, we're so sorry for the mixup there. We tried to explain what was happening, but we were immediately told to just cancel the order. It was not our intention to come off as argumentative. It sounds like we could've been clearer in the moment, however. The credit did not appear due to an operational error on our end. We've adjusted the account and added a $10 credit this time. Food great delivery service subpar. I use them all the time in Dover when I order out, but second thoughts now just because of Lewes problems.

Pats has the best pizza, bolis, subs, steaks, etc. The service is exceptional, along with their reputation. Wish we had a Pats Pizza closer to the Long Neck area.
