Got an order for delivery, asked for caffeine free root beer and a cheese burger basket with extra ketchup. Got Pepsi instead of root beer (I can’t drink caffeine) and not even 1 condiment for my burger and fries. Also your hand was a little light on the fries, the burger buns are way to big for the burger AND ITS COLD. Very disappointing when you’re pregnant and hungry. This is also upsetting as I love the pats pizza in Orono and my family knows the owner up there.
We have gone to this Pats pizza quite a few times and lately the experience has not been great. Last night we went and they forgot to put our nachos in. We waited a long time and decided to skip the nachos.. then they forgot one of our meals. We were missing silverware and when we asked for it the waitress went down to get some from the stressed out kitchen staff ( waitress shared that with us)and the dishwasher must have gotten upset and started crashing and banging silverware. Huge shout out to the Rat Boys for fixing us up with the best hot condiments: homemade New England Harissa, Jalapeño relish, red pepper flakes and outstanding hot sauce. Muchos Gracias Rats!!!!
Fast delivery and fair prices but the pizza is quite bad. Got a plain cheese and the sauce on it has a kick to it, doesn't taste like regular pizza sauce. Won't be ordering again.

Fun atmosphere ! Also They rent out the upstairs! It is an awesome place to have a party in the upstairs space ! The food is really good & great service ! Parking is the problem in the old port but you can find it on the street and in the lot up the road !

$13 for 7 buffalo wings!!?!?!?!?!?!? I either got ripped off or I accidentally got a small order(though I can't understand how I could have been clearer). I was charged for a large order of 7 wings. What does a small order consist of? 3 wings for $7? I emailed the business with no response. Very weak.
Always a great time at Pat's. Great food, great environment and friendly staff!
